MTC Law was founded in 1987 by three young lawyers, Ted Murchison, Sandy Thomson and Brian Clarke, to provide top-tier legal representation to residents of Surrey and the Lower Mainland. The experienced legal team at MTC Law have been serving Surrey and the Fraser Valley with legal excellence for over 30 years. 

The lawyers and staff at MTC Law are a team that cares.  We listen to your issues and work with you to provide a successful legal solution which protects your best interests as efficiently as possible.  We believe that the best outcome is a settlement in almost every case but in situations where no settlement is possible, we have the skills and experience necessary to take matters to trial at all levels of court and tribunal.

Reasonable Fees

Our legal fees are reasonable, affordable and fair.

For most legal matters we charge by the hour and do our legal work efficiently and effectively passing on the savings to our clients.

In some situations, such as Wills and Estates, a flat fee is more appropriate.
