Amarprit Kailay

Amarprit has always had a passion for law. She received her LLB (Hons) from De Montfort University in Leicester, England. Amarprit joined MTC Law in September 2020 and specializes in Family Law, Immigration Law, General Litigation, as well as Wills and Estates. Prior to joining the firm, she had a successful legal career practicing in Malaysia in civil litigation and conveyancing until she moved to Vancouver. She has been a Litigation lawyer since 1994. Her legal background, advocacy skills, and resolution-focused approach assist her in serving her clients’ needs effectively.

Activities

Outside of work, Amarprit enjoys exploring the trails in the lower mainland, running, and travelling.

Amarprit speaks Punjabi, Malay, and Indonesian.
