Harjot joined MTC Law in 2021, starting as an office assistant, then articling, and now practicing as an associate. Called to the bar in 2024, she serves as an Agent for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada and practices in Wills and Estates, as well as General Civil Litigation.

With a background in business and process improvement from a Fortune 500 company, Harjot brings a practical and organized approach to her legal practice. She focuses on streamlining processes to save clients both time and money while ensuring that their needs are met. This commitment to client service is further demonstrated through her volunteer work with Access Pro Bono, where she has represented individuals at the Residential Tenancy Branch. By combining strong communication skills with her legal training, Harjot delivers clear, efficient, and cost-effective solutions tailored to each client’s unique situation.

Activities

Outside of her legal career, Harjot is a passionate soccer fan, enjoys outdoor adventures, and loves curling up with a good book.
